We ended up spending the entire day fixing up the canteen scene. Thankfully all went well, although we may have offended the canteen auntie. Sound was a minor annoyance, as well as the talents availability (again), but they are practically volunteers, so I am in absolutely no position to complain.
Conclusion: successful day
